• Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

• In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product, or we will give you a full refund through the possible means. In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.

Try Before You Buy:

Depending on the shipping service used, customers may be able to quickly try the outfits while the courier waits at the door. In case of returning the order with the courier, the full amount of shipping must be paid. Otherwise, they can try the items after receiving and make a replacement/return request if needed within 14 days.
