We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Shipping fees may vary depending on your city and region. We also offer international shipping. International shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During high-demand periods (new launches, promotions or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery within Egypt usually takes 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location and courier capacity. Delivery time may be longer in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures or remote-area limitations.

Delivery Notes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and start once the order is shipped. If we need additional details to complete delivery (address clarification or phone confirmation), delivery may be delayed until we receive the required information. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
For remote areas, we may contact you to request that the shipping fee is paid upfront before dispatching the order.
