At Eva Fashion, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review the policy below to ensure your return or exchange is eligible.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.
For sets (for example, two-piece outfits), the set must be returned complete. Returns for individual pieces from a set are not accepted.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to items while they are in your possession. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we may reject the return, exchange, or refund request.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as you receive the order (ideally within 24 hours) and share clear photos or a short video.
In these cases, we may offer a replacement/substitute (subject to availability) or a full refund. You must return the faulty, damaged, or incorrect item to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
Return Shipping Fees
Change of mind: customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items: Eva Fashion covers the return shipping costs and handles the issue according to the section above.
Try Before You Buy
Depending on the shipping service used, customers may be able to quickly try items while the courier waits at the door. If you decide to return the order immediately with the courier, the full shipping fee must be paid. Otherwise, you may try the items after receiving and submit a return or exchange request within the 14-day return window. Availability depends on the courier and location.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm they meet our return eligibility requirements. The refund method and timing may vary based on your location and payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A courier may collect the return and provide your refund in cash (where available), or we may receive, inspect, then issue the refund using the most suitable method. Please ensure you only give the courier the items included in your approved return request.
COD refunds typically take 4–14 days from the date the returned order is handed to the courier. This timeframe accounts for the time required for the return shipment to reach us, item inspection, and the refund processing procedure.
Returned items go through a quality inspection. If the returned item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, the return may be rejected.
Credit/Debit Card Payments: If you paid by card, your refund will be returned to the same card used for payment. Processing time depends on your bank and typically takes 7–14 business days after we confirm your return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability (size, color, or the same item). If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item, a refund (where applicable), or store credit.
