you're not satisfied with the items you received, you can return or exchange the products within 14 days from
the receipt of your order.
Please
make sure that the item(s) are in full accordance with our Return Policy:
- Items must be
sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be
unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- All merchandise
must be returned in its original packaging.
- We will not be
responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to
return, exchange, or refund.
- You must inform
us about the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products within 2 days of
the receiving date of the order.
- In the case of
faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product, or we
will give you a full refund through the possible means. In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged, or
incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.

Before You Buy:
Depending
on the shipping service used, customers may be able to quickly try the outfits while the courier waits at the
door. In case of returning the order with the courier, the full amount of shipping must be paid. Otherwise, they
can try the items after receiving and make a replacement/return request if needed within 14 days.
